What's up with requesting help on jobs?

Every so often, you'll get a button underneath the "Do job again" button that lets you request help from your mafia with the job.

Here's some general info about this feature:

• Requesting help on a job is available every 48 hours.
• You will see the button pop up on every job you do until you request help.
• You do not have to request help on the job the button pops up on -- go to the highest experience job you can do and use it there to get the most out of it.
• You can post the notification to your profile; also your Top Mafia will be notified that you've requested help.
• An easy way to help with jobs is to use Bobby Heartrate's 'Give Help' bookmarklet, or http://heartrate.se/give_help_to/######## where #### can be someone's Facebook ID or heartrate.se alias.
• Only mafia members who are currently your friends can help on jobs.
• After 10 people have helped with your job or 48 hours has gone by, whichever occurs first, you will get the experience and money for the job.
• It is possible to get loot from both helping on a job and once your own job request is completed. If you get collection loot, it should be from one of the collections in the tier of the job done.
• There is no level restriction on helping someone with a job -- you can be any level and help on jobs you haven't unlocked yet and get the full experience & monetary reward (great way for lower level players to get relatively high amounts of money early on.)
• You can only request help on a job you have unlocked and have enough energy to perform at least once to get the button to appear.
• In general, helpers get 1/10th the base experience of the job as a reward for helping and you will get a little bit less than the full base experience once the job is complete.
