Though I do not recommend using it because of its terrible, draconian and usless policies & moderators, Zynga, the company that makes Mafia Wars, hosts the official Mafia Wars forums at http://forums.zynga.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36

If you choose to post on the official forums, be aware that linking to sites or sites that link to other sites that talk about 'cheats or exploits' will get you in trouble -- such sites include just about any site about Mafia Wars these days, including this one.
