Bobby's Switch Profile bookmarklet is taking me to my own Facebook page. Why?
If you use Switch Profile on someone's Mafia Wars profile page and get redirected to your own, he or she likely has turned on the highest Facebook privacy settings.
Most people turn off a lot of their profile information so all a stranger can see about them is maybe their name, location and their profile picture. However, the privacy settings go even higher than that; you can actually block everyone from seeing your profile page at all, finding you in searches or sending you friend invites.
Using the Switch Profile bookmarklet on these folks from Mafia Wars will attempt to take you to their profile, where Facebook will see that you're not on their friends list and aren't authorized to see anything about them whatsoever. Since you aren't allowed to view anything about them, Facebook takes you back to your own page.

High privacy settings
Ahhh, I see now. That person has extremely high Facebook privacy settings. So high that they won't appear in searches, no one but friends can view their profile page at all, or even invite them to be friends.
Since you aren't allowed to view anything about them, Facebook takes you back to your own page.
